- The Stadium will sit 3200 in comfortable individual fold down seats. 500 of these, located in the first 3 rows will be padded premium box seats similar to those in the new Yankee Stadium (without the huge price tag!).
- The lawn "berm" areas will accommodate an additional 2000 fans for those who enjoy the casual atmosphere of sitting on a blanket while enjoying the game.
- Three unique areas will provide space for up to an additional 1000 fans. There will be two "patio" areas located at the end of the first base and third base grandstand featuring table seating. Two picnic areas will be located on the first and third base side. Party decks,complete with high top style seating and counters will be located in both right and left field.
- The stadium will feature 4 large public washrooms in the main building centrally located down the first and third base lines. There will also be 2 washrooms in the center field concession building.
- There will be 2 permanent food and beverage stands in the main building along the first and third base sides. There will also be a large concession area in the center field building. Plans call for additional "portable carts" in the concourse area.
- The field will be artificial turf. This will allow the Stadium to accommodate multiple events such as all day baseball & softball tournaments, football, soccer, lacrosse, concerts, and other events without damamging the playing surface.
- The Stadium will feature a walkway around the entire field. Fans will be able to walk completely around the ballpark.
- There will be a playground area and a separate kid zone for children.
- The stadium will feature two lockerrooms-one for the home team and one for the visiting team.
- Future plans call for 8 upper-level private suites plus 3 game day suites that can be combined into one large suite, all located on the second floor.
